Woman’s body recovered from the sea near Fungus Rock

The body of an unidentified woman was spotted in the sea off Dwejra near to Fungus Rock this afternoon. It was reported to the authorities and an AFM Patrol boat later recovered the corpse. The cause of death is not known at this time.

Gozitan fish landings down 64.1% in first quarter this year
