MIA forecasts fewer passengers in 2012 than last year

Malta International Airport has said in a statement today that it is forecasting that passenger numbers for 2012 will be slightly less than the record achieved in 2011, i.e. c. 3.4 million, down 2.8% from the all-time record of 3.5 million achieved last year, but over 3% more than the previous record achieved in 2010.
